3. FRAGRANCE & SAFETY DISCLAIMER

TerraAroma products are intended for external, cosmetic use only.

  • Sensitivity & Allergies: Our fragrances contain aromatic compounds, alcohol, and essential oils which may cause skin irritation or allergic reactions in some individuals.

  • Liability Limitation: By purchasing our products, the user agrees that TerraAroma shall not be held liable for any adverse physical reactions. We strongly recommend a 24-hour patch test before full application.

  • Flammability: Our colognes are highly flammable. Keep away from open flames, sparks, or high heat. Do not smoke during application.

4. SHIPPING OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

Our products are classified as Class 3 Flammable Liquids (UN 1266) for transportation purposes.

  • TerraAroma complies with all Department of Transportation (DOT) and IATA regulations.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address where Ground Delivery is accessible.

  • The risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

While we strive for perfection, TerraAroma does not warrant that product descriptions (specifically olfactory notes), pricing, or other content on this site is 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at the time of purchase.
