However, fragrance perception is subjective and can vary based on individual skin chemistry, environmental factors, and temperature. We do not guarantee that the scent will react exactly as described on every individual.
SECTION 3 - ALLERGIES AND SKIN SENSITIVITY
TerraAroma is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or health issues resulting from the use of our products.

Our products contain alcohol and are classified as flammable liquids (Class 3 Hazardous Materials) for shipping purposes.

Ground Shipping Only: To comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) and international safety regulations, all fragrances must be shipped via ground transport.

Restrictions: We reserve the right to cancel orders to regions where the shipment of flammable liquids is restricted by law.
SECTION 5 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
SECTION 7 - RETURNS AND HYGIENE
Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, TerraAroma cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been opened, sprayed, or had their original "tamper-evident" seal broken.

Returns are only eligible for items in their original, sealed, and sellable condition within 30 days of purchase.
